Comcast is aware of an issue affecting the Lebanon office that is causing performance issues. They are working to resolve the problem but do not have an ETR at this time.
03:15 PM - Comcast believes their new modem is faulty. They are dispatching a technician for Friday between 8 AM and 10 AM to replace it. Until the modem is replaced, service may be intermittently slow or down.

Comcast reports an outage in the Hazel Dell area that if affecting the Hazel Dell and LIFT locations. They do not have an ETR for restoring service at this time.

We are aware of an issue affecting scan to email. We are working with Google to resolve this as quickly as possible. We have no ETR at this time.
10:10 AM - We have enabled a temporary work-around, and scan to email should be working now.
10:45 AM - Some users are still having problems scanning to email. We are working on a permanent solution and expect to have it deployed within the next 45 minutes.
