Comcast will be performing maintenance on our internet and voice services in Woodland beginning at 12:01 AM on June 7th. This maintenance will impact phone services AT ALL LOCATIONS.
If you are in the office during this maintenance window, PLEASE HAVE AN ALTERNATE METHOD OF CONTACTING EMERGENCY SERVICES (i.e. CELL PHONE) SHOULD THE NEED ARISE.
Maintenance is expected to last approximately 6 hours.

Monitoring systems are reporting a Comcast outage affecting Longview and the Call Center. We are investigating.
12:35 PM - Longview and the Call Center have recovered and gone back down 4 times over the last 35 minutes. Comcast is continuing to investigate.
12:42 PM - Comcast is now reporting an outage affecting multiple customers in the Longview area. They have no ETR at this time.
1:05 PM - Comcast is scheduling a technician to check equipment on-site. They are expected to arrive between 10 AM and 12 PM on Thursday June 2nd.

Monitoring systems are reporting severely degraded internet services to Hazel Dell / LIFT. This is resulting in slow remote access to Hazel Dell / LIFT, and degraded phone service to Hazel Dell / LIFT. The EOD Portal is also unavailable. Remote Desktop users may get warnings about Remote Desktop Licensing.
Comcast is aware of the issue and has a technician scheduled between 9 AM and 11 AM today.
12:15 PM - Comcast has been on-site for a while and continues to work on the issue. There is no ETR at this time.
2:00 PM - Services restored

Monitoring systems are reporting severely degraded internet service to Hazel Dell / LIFT. This may result in slow remote access to Hazel Dell / LIFT, and issues with phone service at Hazel Dell / LIFT. The EOD Portal is also affected.
Comcast is working to resolve the issue.
09:00 AM - Service appears to have returned to normal, however due to the frequency of this issue, Comcast is sending a technician out to replace equipment at 3 PM today.
10:30 AM - Service is degraded again. Comcast is still scheduled to arrive at 3 PM today to resolve the issue.
4:40 PM - Comcast is working to replace equipment. They expect service to be down for approximately 30 minutes.
5:05 PM - Service restored

We have received multiple reports of voice issues when making calls into the southern Oregon area. We are investigating.
10:45 AM - Comcast is investigating the issue. Unfortunately they do not prioritize these types of issues and they expect to have someone reach out with a resolution by Monday morning.
6:24 PM - Service Restored
