Lynnwood - SCHEDULED COMCAST OUTAGE

Comcast is performing scheduled mainteinance in the Lynnwood area to improve the Comcast Network. Between 7 AM and 4 PM today we are told to expect outages that affect the Lynnwood office.

Update

4 PM - Comcast has informed us the maintenance is taking longer than expected. They are unable to provide an ETR.

5 PM - Service restored

Kirkland Comcast Outage

Monitoring systems have alerted us to a Comcast outage affecting the Kirkland location. We are investigating.

Update

09:30 - Comcast is reporting an area-wide outage. They expect service to be restored by approximately 10:30 AM

10:51 - Kirkland is still down. Comcast says it was supposed to be resolved by 10:30 AM, but they have no further information on why crews have not finished repairs yet.

12:10 - Kirkland is still down. Comcast says the outage has been resolved, but Kirkland is still down. We are waiting on contact with Kirkland staff to perform additional troubleshooting.

Comcast issues at LIFT / Hazel Dell

We are aware of connectivity issues affecting the LIFT and Hazel Dell locations. We have contacted Comcast for the billionth time and they are working to schedule yet another technician to go on-site to troubleshoot and repair.

Update

Service has been stable for several days now. Comcast believes this issue has been resolved.
